I got this R2-D2 Cereal and Milk container free when I buy 2 Econo pack of the Nestle Coco Crunch.
It looks really cute.
It include a bowl, a spoon, a cereal container and Milk container in one R2-D2 bpackage.
I bought this machining kit on 2011 from hobbyking.com, but I think they are not selling it anymore. But you can still buy the similar set here: ( but not recommended to buy ) http://www.dx.com/p/6-in-1-motorized-... Or a better one here: (it might have more metal components on this set) http://www.dx.com/p/6-in-1-diy-multi-...
Since many of the component are made out of plastic, and it was assembled together, so it is not very solid, and can feel a bit wobbly at the joints. It feel more like a toy then a actual machine. I don't think it can be use to work on metal but wood or plastic should be ok. Thats why I keep it for so long without using it, I just don't have confidence in it. I bought it so you don't have to. You can watch the boring assembly video below:

First of all, I didn't build this, This is what my mom brought back from a holiday trip as a souvenir.
I can't remember where or when, cause if too long ago, more than 6 years I think.
Anyway, I found it somewhere in my store room while I was doing some cleaning job.
Why don't I just bring it out and show you guys.
I have visited the Shell V-Power LEGO Ferrari Roadshow at a mall.
It was full of people, if you like lego you will like it.
The large scale Lego Ferrari car was beautiful, love it.
Too bad I don't have any of the Lego Ferrari toy collections.
Anyway, I have made a video about it, enjoy....
All the phone stand I made before or most of them on the internet were unable to plug in the charging cable while the phone is on the stand. But this one is different. The phone is elevated on this stand, so you can plug in the charging cable while it was there.
Which make it really convenience. :-)
And it is simple and fun to build.
If you would like to build it too, pls refer to the build video below:

After I made the first version of cufflink with household item, I found an easier way to do it by using a button. Which make this the version 2.
In this version, most of the steps are similar except changing the popsicle stick to button and glue it with a stronger glue like epoxy or superglue.
How to make Cufflinks with household item without cufflink blank. It is made of a popsicle stick, paper clip and used ballpoint pen insert. Tools needed: a small drill, white glue for paper or wood, small pliers, wire cutter and carving knifes.
I know Cufflink is cheap, but if you can build the one and only on earth, priceless.
Balisongs are illegal in many countries, why don't make yourself one with some popsicle sticks.
This is how I make mine, please watch the making of Balisong video below.
Use this video content at your own risk.
*Please do not sharpen the blade, although its make out of wood, it might still cut your hand or somebody.
Thanks for Watching :-)
Material used: 1, normal size popsicle sticks. 2, a bigger craft stick or 2 popsicle stick glue together. 3, and paper clips.
Tools: 1, Ruler 2, pencil 3, white glue or wood glue. 4, epoxy 5, pen knife. 6, wood file or metal file 7, small drill 8, some clamps
Compare with balisong comb trainer that I have.
Balisong part name I found from internet.
Dimension Detail below:
I am using two types of stick, their dimension as in the picture.
their thickness are different too, shorter stick is about 2mm, longer stick is about 1.5mm.
The length of the tang is about 30mm, and the knife about 110mm or shorter so it can hide in the handles.
The handle rib to make the handle stronger and also added some more weight to it.
cut it short and glue it to the handle 15mm from the bottom of handle and 20mm from top.
Chamfer the inside edge, so the knife will slot in easily.
refer photo for its locations.
So, the bottom piece is going to be 15mm.
The rib of the knife were approximate, long rib about 75mm,
short one at the tang about 9mm.
Drill hole position at the tang part.
The 6mm gap can be reduce to 5mm.
The pivot pins locations are 12mm apart.
so that handle will open and close together without gap, because it need extra space for the sidewall when open the knife. as shown below:
Notice the side wall location when opened and when closed.
The drill hole location on individual handle when closed as above.
The side wall length is 85mm
and position it 23mm gap from the handle top. (the gap is for it to clear the tang part when knife opened)
The Tang pin is about 10mm long, can be shorter if you like. and the width is the gap between the handle.
Oh, and the drill hole size is depend on the pin (paperclip) diameter you used.
the hole just need to be a little bit bigger than the pin diameter, so it can rotate freely inside.
Thanks for watching and happy building :-)
"For The Beginning Woodworker, The Construction of HandcraftedWood Creations Can Be a Daunting And Overwhelming Experience. Well, Not Anymore!"
This is a really good looking Ferrari. Powered by a 4.5-litre V8, the 458 Italia stumps up 570bhp and 398lb ft of torque, leading to extreme speed: 0–62mph in 3.4 seconds and a top speed just over 200mph
The scale of this model is about 1:16 scale
Material and tools I used to build build this model are:
180gm A4 paper (160 ~210gm will do)
White glue {elmer's school glue}
Color printer
Scissor
Ruler
and a lot of patient.

A papercraft whistle, is it possible?
This is the question which gets me trying.
I have made a lot of prototype and a lots of trial and error.
After all those prototype, finally I come out with this final design.
I am sure it's not the best but it works every time I build with this template.
I make three version of it, a short one, medium length and long one.
Please watch below build video for details:
Thanks for watching :-)
The template of the whistle can be downloaded here:
This is my original lego design base on Jeep Willys used during WWII I am happy with the overall design except the wind screen, I just can't recreate it perfectly in this scale with limited parts.
The model include sits in front and back, also a gas container hanging at the back.

This is my original lego design base on KTM X-Bow.
I only use the parts from set 31024.
With limited parts it is very hard to imitate the curvature of the car and I have try my best to do it.
I put red stripe to the side of the body to emphasise the body line, and I think it looks better then without it.
